Props:
My main prop will be any vans apparel. A skateboard since these are going to be real skaters used within the commercial.
Costumes:
For the costumes of the commercial, there really isn’t any. Predominantly regular streetwear. Usually used within the skater aesthetic. Mainly vans shoes and other vans apparel if available.
Schedule:
10/21/2020: Research and analyzation of vans and their overall commercial.
10/22/2020: Picking our shoring spots and angles for the best shots possible.
10/23/2020: Did most of the recruiting for this commercial. For the actors and making sure they are qualified.
10/24/2020: Start seeing lens also working angles.
10/25/2020: Create storyboard and a plotline.
10/26/2020: Start filming and viewing products.
10/27/2020: More filming
10/28/2020: Last shots and clips
10/29/2020: Edit more clips and piece everything together.
10/30/2020: Last touches and watching clips.
Location and Set:
The locations will most likely be on the streets near my available skaters. Pretty much all outside because that's where people predominantly where you would skate. The set will include my iPhone Xr a tripod and maybe a different attachable lens.
Backup Plan
- If one of my skaters is unavailable I have a few others to fall back on.
- If I take bad shots I will make sure I have others to use and edit.
- If the board breaks, I have my personal trick board and longboard for my actors to use.
- If I can film an angle I wanted I will try to use a different one or as an associate for help. Another option is just seeing which angle fits best
- If filming gets pushed back then might have to cut editing off by one day. Which is still personally very do-able.
