 Start of editing

Now we pretty much filmed all the clips. This means it's time for editing it all! Overall there's a lot of clips. Yet we pretty much narrowed it down to which takes we wanted to keep and leave. Pretty much meaning that I have all the clips I need to edit. I've started editing a little before this. I edited all the good scenes together. I added little fillers in between so I could have some type of estimate. Now I finally had all of the clips. So I edited them all together. Yet that's not really hard. The hard part is the sound. We need to edit a lot of sounds and different clips of voices For example the "911 Call" we wanted to sound muffled. Which means that I needed to download "Audacity" to edit the clip. Which was very hard with no experience. There are lots of parts that go into this. The hardest portion is probably after he swings the knife and "Kills" her. All because after this we have our monolog, then the whole call scene. Which means either lowering or completely stopping the music. Overall we are almost there since we started editing.

The CCR midterm

  The CCR midterm 1.        How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?     Our  product challenges   conventions in  many different ways . We also are representing a wide social class within our video. Essentially the group  that  representing is teenage girls  and also  women in general. Essentially our targeted audience is all and everyone. We are shining a light on toxic relationships. Henceforth we see such acts all throughout our video. We also see highlights from fake friends and such. Our main point of this video  was  to represent the class of women that is essentially not seen because society ignores women's issues especially when it comes to toxic relationships.  W omen  are  seen as  overdramatic  and over victimized. Genre Research: Thriller & Drama

  Thriller Common lighting in this genre is backlighting, under lighting, and lowkey lighting. This helps to create a dark and mysterious atmosphere and helps to conceal the character's identity, which adds to that suspense.  Some common camera angles are close-ups shots, which exemplify the emotions of the characters or frames an object, to be at attention. Point of view shots allow the viewers to feel emotionally engaged because they feel as though they are the character.  Tracking is a common camera movement that follows the character's action but at the same doesn't spoil the movie.  For this genre costumes usually worn by the antagonist are darker.
