Filming and Editing For our final task, we haven't really started Filming. We also have started any editing either. For our storyboard, we planned how we were going to film. We mainly for our filing are going to be located at my partner Paola's house. Also on the filming aspect, we have a lot of angling. We are including much more shots than ever before. We have a lot more complicated transitions. Yet to make them less choppy we need to make sure our shots fit each other. For them to better complement each other they must complement with this camera angles for example a turning pan. Since there are so many more clips is definitely go ing to affect editing. There's going to be a huge portion of time that's going to be dedicated to editing. Yet we also have to add music and dialogue. While editing we are planning on adding sound effects which are going to be challenging since there's music. We also need to make sure we keep a flow through. Hence also adding to editing...
Production Blog We have been unable to shoot as planned last weekend. For the entire weekend, my partner Paola Dorazio was out of town. Hence why we haven't started the film. Since she is one of the key stars, that couldn't be there. In a previous blog entry, I mentioned how I felt it was necessary to focus on a costume, makeup, and general themes. I've taken a lot of decisions in regards to my film project alongside Paola. As an example, consider my costume selection. I've determined that the lead male actor should wear a white button-up during the positive scenes and a charcoal button-up during the terrible moments. I required their costumes to have a light and dark color scheme to further highlight the mood of every other sequence. The contrast between blacks and whites resembles a classic good vs. bad strategy. More of a good and evil type of vibe and mood.
